On March 31, a conference of the primary trade union organization of the Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction was held to reflect on the trade union committee's work in 2025.

The conference was attended by Larisa Leonidovna Volkova, Chair of the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers; Alla Antonovna Konopleva, Deputy Chair of the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers; and Sergei Vitoldovich Rachitsky, Director of the College.

Conference delegates heard a report from Anastasia Dmitrievna Kharuk, Chair of the Trade Union Committee, on the work accomplished in 2025 and the objectives for 2026.

Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction: The primary trade union organization's key activities for 2026 to further strengthen the trade union movement and improve the quality of work aimed at protecting the labor and socio-economic rights and interests of university employees include:
- Implementing the decisions of the 10th and 11th Congresses of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus, the 11th Congress of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, and the Trade Union's Program of Activities for 2025-2029.
- Improving the social partnership system at the university, implementing the collective agreement of the MGKAiS, and strengthening additional social guarantees for employees.
- Promoting trade union ideas among university employees and expanding the membership base of the MGKAiS primary trade union organization.

Next, the MGKAiS audit commission presented reports on the implementation of the revenue and expenditure budget for 2025 and the approval of the revenue and expenditure budget for 2026.

Following the conference, the work of the trade union committee of the Primary Trade Union of the Educational Institution MGKAIS for 2025 was approved. At the conclusion of the conference, Larisa Leonidovna Volkova presented the Minsk City Trade Union Association with a diploma for "Best Trade Union Organization of Minsk" for its work in 2025.
